Submitting a File to Deal Manager

When dealing with a new client, an Activity Plan will need to be added to the file. An Activity Plan is a brokerage made list of Activities similar to the checklist you are accustomed to in Deal Manager to Go.

Each activity, if required, is to be fulfilled by the agent to meet the requirements of the brokerage.

This step of adding the Activity Plan is as important as filling out the Trade Record. Submitting the Activity is what allows your administrative staff to pull the file information and documents.

Instructions on how to proceed are documented below for your reading.

Adding an Activity Plan

  1. Navigate to the Activities section by clicking on Submit above the Documents list

  2. Click on “Add Plan” or “Add a Submission Plan to get Started”

  3. Select the correct plan, and click on Add Plan. You are able to preview the list of activities prior to adding the plan.

  4. The activity plan would now be added to your list

Submitting Activities

Before submitting, please confirm that all Trade Record information is up-to-date. You can re-submit afterwards, but the file may be locked for editing by the admin in order to process that file.

  1. To add a document to an activity, drag and drop the document from the Documents list right on to the activity. The activity will highlight based on a successful document add.

  2. Click on Submit
