Signing Session Certificat
If the summary of evidence has not been automatically uploaded to your transaction folder, you can manually download the certificate by following these steps:

Navigate to the Sing Dashboard and select your transaction:

2. Click on save session certificate;

If, after clicking on the "Save Session Certificate," the document fails to generate and only loads, it may be due to the document exceeding 64 pages. In this case, please contact NexOne support for assistance. Email noa.support@nexone.ca with the transaction name and a description of the issue.
