# Profile
This article provides an overview of the user profile settings within the system. Below are the key details and configurations related to the agent's account.
### **User Profile Details**
The user profile section contains essential information about your account, including personal details and professional settings.
### **EDM Configuration**
- **Electronic Document Management (EDM) Settings:** Customize your document management preferences, including adding your preferred scanner (e.g., PDF or printer).
### **Account Validation**
- **Email Verification:** The email associated with your account, which is also used for signing sessions, must be validated before you can send out electronic signatures.
### **Configuration Settings**
- **Language Preferences:** Set your preferred language for system navigation (English or French).
- **Date Format:** Choose your desired date format (YYYY-MM-DD) for consistency.
- **Currency Format:** Customize the currency format based on your region (e.g., $123,456,789.00).
### **Emails**
- **Additional Email Addresses:** You can add extra email addresses to your profile, which will be used by your brokerage to send you notifications, statements, or other important communications.
- **Email Signature:** Set up a default email signature that will automatically be appended to all emails sent from the NexOne system. This ensures professional and consistent communication.
### **Calendar Settings**
- **Link Items to Calendar:** Configure which events or reminders should be synced with your calendar, such as sales condition dates, new listings, or expiring listings
### **Scanned Signature**
- **Upload Scanned Signature:** You can upload a scanned version of your signature, which will then be used for email signatures when sending out documents from the system.
### **Personal Address and Phone**
- **Personal Address:** This information is used by your brokerage for communications and official business.
- **Phone Number(s):** Your phone number(s) are stored for easy contact by your brokerage.
### **Credit Card Information**
If your brokerage integrates with a third-party credit card processor, your credit card details will be used to process invoices.
### **Instanet Forms**
- **Available to Quebec Users Only:** This feature allows you to link your Instanet Forms account with NexOne Office. Once connected, completed forms are automatically sent to a designated file within the system, eliminating the need to download and re-upload files manually.
