Making Changes to Signed Documents (example: Counteroffer)

 
 

Once a document has come back to you Signed, there may be times when you'll need to make changes. For example, when a counter offer is made.

  1. Click on the Sign button

2. Select your client as a signer

3. Bring your document under the Documents for signing column

4. Click on Tag Document for Signatures

5. Grab the strike-through tool

6. Put it over the old price

7. Drag and drop a text field

8. Adjust or add a new price

9. Select the initials Tag

10. Put the tag above the new price

11. Then you are ready to send that document with corrections.
