Here is what is included in your first Transfer of a new deal
- TRANSACTION STATUS
- MLS #
- ACCEPTED DATE – goes in offer date in LW. It’s considered as being the accepted date.
- CLOSING DATE
- FIRM DATE – this date is not transferred from NEXONE. It’s calculated according to the conditions entered in your transaction.
- LISTING PRICE & SOLD PRICE
- PROPERTY ADDRESS
- PROPERTY TYPE & SALE TYPE
- ANY CONDITIONS (with due dates and completion dates)
- CONTACT’S name (lawyers)
- AGENT’S name and their COMMISSIONS* – transfer as $ amount in LW (based on the sold price) * Referrals may not always transfer over, so make sure to double-check in LW.

Here’s what will NOT transfer in LoneWolf
- POSSESSION DATE
- TITTLE SEARCH DATE
- ZONING & CADASTRAL INFO
- DEPOSIT IN TRUST amount
- DEPOSIT TYPE and WHO’S HOLDING THE DEPOSIT
- LEGAL DESCRIPTION
What happens after? If a transaction gets pushed a second time, the following information will not be re-transferred
- TRANSACTION STATUS (condition, firm, sold…)
- DEPOSIT IN TRUST / DEPOSIT TYPE / WHO’S HOLDING THE DEPOSIT
- NEW AGENTS ADDED (or removed)
- ANY COMMISSION CHANGES
- SOLD PRICE CHANGE** (See below)
- **SOLD PRICE: If the sold price changes in NEXONE, it will also change in LW BUT it will not recalculate the commissions based on this new price. SUGGESTION: Change the price in NEXONE and change it manually in LW for an automatic recalculation.

- Always modify NEXONE FIRST, then in LoneWolf. For Exclusive Listings, please make sure to write something in the MLS field so the listing can transfer.
