Avec **GoEmail,** boostez votre productivité. Maintenant, les utilisateurs de NexOne Legend ainsi que leurs clients ont la possibilité de téléverser leurs documents directement dans le bon dossier. **Le fonctionnement** Copier l'**identifiant GoEmail ID** associé au dossier Inscriptions, Clients ou Transactions où vous désirez envoyer les documents 1. À partir du dossier :![](https://knowledge.nexone.ca/hs-fs/hubfs/go2f-png.png?width=670&height=481&name=go2f-png.png)   **Pour envoyer les documents** Coller l'**identifiant GoEmail** dans la barre d'adresse (il est aussi possible de transférer un email existant à cet identifiant GoEmail) ![](https://knowledge.nexone.ca/hs-fs/hubfs/FrGoE-png.png?width=670&height=214&name=FrGoE-png.png) **IMPORTANT** GoEmail fonctionne uniquement avec les formats suivants : **PDF, TXT, ZIP, JPG, JPEG, DOC, DOCX, XLS, ou XLSX.**   **Les notifications** GoEmail L’expéditeur reçoit un courriel l’informant si la livraison est un succès, est partielle ou si elle a échoué. ![](https://knowledge.nexone.ca/hs-fs/hubfs/not1fr-png.png?width=670&height=131&name=not1fr-png.png) Dans **NexOne**, une alerte s’affichera dans la cloche des notifications. Pour les dossiers d’inscription et de clients, seul le courtier recevra une notification. Pour les transactions, seul le personnel autorisé de l'agence recevra la notification. **![](https://knowledge.nexone.ca/hs-fs/hubfs/bell%20notif-png.png?width=670&height=170&name=bell%20notif-png.png)**   **Pour activer ou désactiver les notifications**: **Agence**: Gérez les notifications directement dans le profil de l’employé autorisé. **Courtier**: Personnalisez vos notifications dans les paramètres de la cloche de notification. **Transactions** : **Seuls le personel autorisé** de l'agence recevra des notifications. - **Dossiers d’inscription et de clients** : Les notifications seront envoyées uniquement aux courtiers concernés, et le partage sera limité au personnel autorisé. -
