If this is your first time accessing the forms section or if you've recently changed brokerages, you may be prompted to select between two associations to ensure you have access to the appropriate forms. Please choose either OREA or AREA and connect your CREA identification. Access to forms is restricted to those with active licenses.
If you are from another province, you can complete your setup through the pop-up screen when logging into your account to select your board. Currently, NexOne provides access only to OREA and ARE links directly from the forms page. However, you can contact us to request access to Forms from other provinces. Please note that FINTRAC forms' access might be available through your association.
