Follow-up Section
In the follow-up section, agents are able to track all generated notification emails that have been sent from a specific file. They can also send emails through the follow-up section.
1. Select your file, click on documents & follow-up, find your notification emails for that file
2. Send emails including any involved participants of this file as a recipient
