1. In your Transaction section , search for the Transaction and then select the address.
2. Select the Conditions tab
3. Click on Edit at the top right hand side
4. Check off the box next to Set reminder and then click on Save
All agents from the seller and listing side who are part of the transaction will be notified two days before the due date if the condition has not been met.
