To Enable the Trade Record Field Requirement section go to:
My Brokerage > Settings > Trade Record
The Following fields that are highlighted in GREEN are the required fields that need to be populated in order for submission:
In the Contacts Tab in the Trade Record, at least One Buyer/Seller must be populated also:
