NexOne agent custom signature

In your NexOne Agent account you can now customize your Email Signature. Not only will it add a little more appeal to your outgoing emails but also to your signing sessions via NexOne sign.

To personalize your signature

1. Click on account, under account settings

   

   

    

2. Open the email signature tab

   In the Email Signature, you can;

   • Change the font

   • Choose from Bold or Italic

   • Select a highlighter or change the color of your characters

   • Insert a link or remove a link

   • Upload an image (URL only)

   • Select text alignment

   • Insert horizontal rule

   • To view the HTML, click on the <> icon

      

4. Submit
